WHOLESALE POLICIES

ORDERING & PAYMENTS:After completing our Wholesale Application, you will receive an approval email with instructions on how to order online at www.hellofromoregon.com. Our order minimum is $100 for all orders. Payment of entire invoice is due prior to shipment of your first order. For customers interested in Net 30 terms, please email us at wholesale@thehellofrombrand.com. At checkout, all customers have the option of selecting payments via Credit Card or Net 30. We request that only customers who have been approved for Net 30 select this option. For customers paying via Credit Card, your order will not be charged to your card until the order has shipped.

SHIPPING: We work hard to keep products in stock and ready to ship out to our customers. Orders received are shipped as quickly as possible Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Most orders will ship within one to two days of receiving the order. If we are out of stock on an item(s) that we know will be arriving to our warehouse soon, your order might ship out as late as a week after receiving in order for us to fill the order properly. In the event that this happens, we will get in contact ASAP to update you on thisOrders can be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note that once you complete your order, the price of shipping may go up or down and depends on the fill rate of your order. We do our very best to ship your orders in the most efficient and cost effective way. All shipping costs are charged to our customers at cost pricing. Once shipping has been calculated by us, we will charge the card on file for the invoice order cost + shipping costs and you will receive a tracking number for the order. If you have been approved for Net 30, you will receive included in your order an invoice with a due date.

SALES ARE FINAL: All sales are final and items are not returnable unless defective. If you receive an item with clear defects, like broken glass, or misprints please contact us via email with your account name, order number, a description of the issue, and images of the defective item within 7 business days of receiving. We will send a replacement or alternatively refund the amount of item once we examine the case and are able to determine what would be the best solution.

THIRD PARTY SITES: Hello From Oregon does not allow the selling of our products on any third party websites such as Amazon, Google Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Etsy, etc. We do encourage customers to sell our products in their Brick and Mortar Retail Locations and Websites.
